I met Alina in a Divine Timing (as she would put it) as a colleague and fellow coach trainee in a coaching course. Alina and I are former colleagues and when setting up our coaching businesses we decided to spar and reflect with each other on our developments on a biweekly basis. At some point during this journey my dad passed away very suddenly and my world was shattered. I had a close and loving relationship with him and to now not have him physically in my life anymore, was more than I could bare. Alina has been there with me throughout the whole grief process. She taught me the different stages of grief and that everyone goes through them differently. She also showed me a way to transform the physical relationship that I had with my dad to a spiritual one. I remember my first session with Alina, few months ago. Actually it was not started as a session and it was not supposed to be a session but an informal dialogue about my relocation in the Netherlands. What I didn’t knew back there was that I was in the turning point of my whole life as I knew it. And that conversation will be the start of a magical, deep, transformational, unbelievable process. It all started with Alina asking me to just pause and breathe for few seconds and start the conversation again. By the end of this first meeting we decided to start the coaching journey. And what a journey it was… I must confess that at first I was intrigued. Alina addresses the most challenging parts of the problem/topic unlike other coaches whom just tend to surface and lightly dance in the moment, at least in the beginning.

Therefore, one by one, I identified and brought to the burning light, with higher and higher speed, all of my limitative beliefs. Soon I discovered that my real problem was not getting away as far as possible from my (perceived) disappointing native country, but the ongoing nurturing of a very solid and sophisticated mechanism of lying and hiding from my real self. During this tough process, when my body and my emotions were in a very high speed, exhausting carousel, Alina was right beside me, every single day. Yes, even in between our weekly coaching sessions I felt accompanied, held, safe with the vocal messages and emails with all sort of soothing techniques.

Alina has a wealth of methods and techniques in her backpack, but none prevails her intuition, warmness, firmness, genuine humour and great accountability. And, what is important to say is that she is a perfect holder for the client’s agenda, even when the client himself tends to suddenly switch to “other” important (but soon to find out) side topics.

Working with her intensely and extensively I was able to leave a helpless, life draining state of (almost not) being and access an unknown state of flow with almost every aspects of my personal and professional life. After 6 months of hard, but fulfilling work, I barely recognize myself, it’s like I am having new DNA, new skin, new breath. And all of my friends and clients acknowledge the same. It feels now just like I was able to travel back in time, choose a completely differently path -this time honouring all of my deepest values and grounded instincts, and come back in another present, this time with trust, gratefulness and unwavering love.

Doctor: Can you keep a diary about you experiences in the hole?
Another special needs parent: I see you, I am coming down, I’ve been there and know how to get out and I won’t let you do it alone!

I met Alina when I was in a deep, deep hole myself. I felt lost, misunderstood, I had an enormous fear of the future and was working on some traumas from my own early childhood.

Alina not only got down to my hiding place with me, she brought material and instructions how to build a ladder, she made me trust myself to build it and she pushed me to finally climb out and face the world. When I started working with Alina I was near depression after a long period in which everything was upside down in my life. I was trying to be a good mom, a good wife, a good sister, a good daughter and a perfect employee, but everything was going wrong.

My mom passed away after a long period in which I witnessed how she gradually became more and more depressive, ill and incapable of taking care of herself while refusing any kind of support. My job was very demanding – having to solve many urgent problems almost everyday, causing chaos in my daily schedule – and all of this without having the financial result necessary for covering all of my expenses. My children needed my time and attention while I was constantly tired and occupied and my husband was very often upset making me feel misunderstood and not supported. I had little support from my sister which lives in another country, 3000 km away, having her own struggles and constantly giving advices and details on how things should be done, as I had no idea about what I had to do. I had little friends as most of my time was used in solving other one’s problems.

So here I was lonely, tired, struggling to have everything done, hoping that someday I will regain my balance and I will be capable to fulfill all my roles and duties while seeing that everyone around me becomes more and more demanding and unsatisfied with what I was doing. The situation described above lasted for about 2 years which led me towards depression and losing interest in almost everything that used to bring me joy. I felt like a robot, programmed to do things just because they needed to be done by someone and uncapable of answering a simple question: what do you really want?

I started working with Alina without even feeling that. Through her questions she helped me change my perspective towards my life, my actions and my thoughts. She was very patient and dedicated which made me trust her even more. Using the “33 energies of love” technique, I was able to understand a core source of my problems: I had little trust in myself as being able to take necessary decisions or initiate actions. I was constantly looking for approval and support from others and not from myself. She was very open and nonjudgmental with all of my ideas and thoughts and this helped me open and dive deep in my own problems. It was not easy, but having Alina along the way helped a lot because she helped me remain focused along the process. With her help I was able to reconnect to my inner values, desires and beliefs. I regained control of my life and I am feeling more confident. The lack of trust disappeared as she changed my perspective towards my own person.

My first remote session with Alina was in the year 2020 right after the 1st wave of Covid pandemic. That was a tragic period for me because I lost my beloved Mom. I was extremely distressed because I could not go to attend my Mom’s funeral due to travel restrictions. Following this big shock in my life, I lost all the motivation and was feeling overwhelmed by the situation so having a coaching session “how to let go” was just going to be another right experience. Within few days of talking to Alina I was put at ease, nerves diminished, and was speaking so openly like she was an old friend. I met Alina in 2018 when I was recognized as a leadership talent and started following Leadership Qualification Program in order to develop my leadership competencies. I knew I wanted to have a coach but for me, that had to be someone who understands me and with whom I feel comfortable enough to talk openly about myself and my personal goals. At that time, not being exposed so much and without much experience in dealing with high level Management directly, there were many things that were unclear to me. Alina and I talked quite often and what I really liked is that she was able to follow all changes in terms of my ways of thinking as well as my goals, since they were subject to many changes that were happening in our organization. I was intrigued by a new healing technique aimed to clear cords to some personal beliefs. It happened in a period when I was struggling with heavy workload at the office, experiencing difficult relationships at work and with close family. This technique was mentioning the fact that there can be a connection between what I was experiencing and some personal beliefs that cannot be changed or I didn’t know how.

This energy healing method is named Soul Contract Clearing.
I have been introduced to Alina who introduced me to it, so I mad an appointment and during the first online meeting I decided that I wanted to try it. I completed the exercises suggested by Alina, the questions, and answers, followed by a healing technique called 33 energies of love. It was a necessary step to undergo the main healing Soul Contract Clearing.

The days and weeks after the healing new opportunities arrived such as a new job offer, improved relationships with people around me and the days were brighter.

I recommend Alina for her ability to stay focused on what was happening for me during the sessions , for being available for questions in between sessions and for holding space for me to share my insights. Thank you!
